Enterprise Network Overhaul for Kosovo's Largest Retail Chain

Krasniqi Group, operating 28 retail locations across Kosovo, was running on fragmented legacy network infrastructure installed over a decade. Stores experienced frequent connectivity outages, inconsistent POS performance, and the IT team had no centralised visibility or control. The company was expanding to 5 new locations and needed a complete infrastructure overhaul before the rollout.

PRCONNECT designed and deployed a unified SD-WAN architecture connecting all 28 stores with centralised management from Pristina headquarters. Each store received new structured cabling, managed switches, and enterprise Wi-Fi access points. We implemented centralised monitoring through a 24/7 NOC, with automatic failover to LTE backup at each site. A new VPN mesh ensured all POS and inventory systems could communicate securely.
