PRCONNECT was founded in Pristina by a group of engineers who shared a frustration: Kosovo's growing businesses deserved the same quality of IT support that enterprises in Western Europe had access to — but the market wasn't delivering it.
In our early years, we focused on networking and IT support for small and medium businesses. We learned the local market deeply — its challenges, its rhythms, and its potential. That foundation shaped everything.
