City Park Mall in Pristina was operating with outdated analogue CCTV cameras, manual access control, and disconnected systems across 120,000 sq ft. Incidents were difficult to investigate, access management was labour-intensive, and the security team had no unified operational picture. Management needed a modern, integrated security platform.

PRCONNECT deployed a comprehensive integrated security platform including 280 IP cameras with AI-powered video analytics, biometric and card-based access control at all entry points, a central security operations centre with unified management software, visitor management system, and integration with the mall's building management system.
